the breast. The<br>normal state soft and uniform ,which produce agglomerates, lumpy changes. They can occur in both, in one or in a very hard area, very circumscribed and with the characteristics of a nodule. Its<br>treatment: medication that can vary between vitamin therapies of E, A and B6, antibiotics and antiinflammatory.<\/p>\n<p>Breast dysplasia is a special anatomical form of the breast that responds in various ways to hormonal changes and produces an increase in breast size and pain in the second part of the cycle. It is not malignant, but it is treatable. It is a disorder with benign features, usually occurring in the 20-30 years of age, and affects more than 60% of women in the 30-50 years of age group.<\/p>\n<p>It is exclusive to women of reproductive age, since it does not exist in children or men and is exceptional and temporary in the post-menopause. It is diffuse, because it can involve all the breast tissue although with different intensity. It responds to hormonal medication and improves or disappears during pregnancy and lactation.<\/p>\n<p>Breast dysplasia occurs because there are women who are more sensitive to these hormones and react with a dilation of the breast ducts, which is accompanied by fibrosis, fluid accumulation and cyst formation. This situation causes pain, a symptom that is usually absent in cancer.\n<\/p>\n<p>The origins of dysplasia are associated with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Endocrine factors, excess estrogen, progesterone deficiency and excess prolactin.<\/li>\n<li>Non-endocrine factors, inadequate nutrition, use of certain medications, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Psychological factors.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The most common symptoms are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Uneven, irregular and dense consistency of breast tissue, usually more marked in the external quadrants.<\/li>\n<li>Constant discomfort in the breasts.<\/li>\n<li>Sensation of breast congestion.<\/li>\n<li>Dull, intense pain and tenderness.<\/li>\n<li>Sensitivity and premenstrual edema.<\/li>\n<li>Sensation of changes in the nipple (sensitivity).<\/li>\n<li>Loss of fluid from the nipple (not always present, slightly yellowish or whitish).<\/li>\n<li>Multiple nodules of variable size, more or less painful.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All of this happens or intensifies markedly a few days before menstrual bleeding
